About us

Reith's Furniture is based in Hertfordshire and Essex and is dedicated to designing and making bespoke handmade furniture, kitchens and interiors. We use the finest materials, and all our work expresses an understanding of technique, form and function that makes your commission unique and special to you.

Darren qualified as a wood machinist from St Albans college of building in 1987, whist doing a furniture apprenticeship with a manufacturer in Stevenage.

He later worked for a number of companies before starting Reith's Furniture in 2002.

Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength, completing commissions for everything from dining tables and dressers, to fully fitted kitchens. 

Reith's Furniture has a passion to create something beautiful and unique for your home, while also being tailor made to fit the space you have.
